I wanted to express my thanks to the congregation for the many expressions of love and concern shown to me and my family with Barb's illness and passing.
For Michael, Vicky, and Melinda, your calls. visits, and prayers were most appreciated. To the many friends who called or texted, thank you so much. Barb knew so many of you through DOVE before we started attending CCC. And to Gail and her lunch team, thank you for a delicious meal and the attention you paid to all my family. So many told me how kind and helpful you all were.
You have all been so supportive over the past several weeks, and I am reminded of the of the words of the song, "T have felt the touch of God through your hands, I've seen his look of love through your face. I have stood before His throne in your prayers, because you cared, I found God's grace." Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
